Overview
The Access Sports Academy is a non-profit initiative dedicated to offering high-quality soccer training to youth aged 12-18 in Ghana. The academy will focus not only on enhancing soccer skills but also on promoting physical fitness, teamwork, leadership, discipline, sportsmanship, and the development of Information Technology skills. Through a holistic approach, we intend to contribute to the overall development of our participants as well-rounded individuals.
At the heart of our mission is to bridge the sport-education divide in Ghana. We have noticed a trade-off between education and sport in many Ghanaian communities, compelling young Ghanaians to choose between the two. We believe we can be that bridge!
Through a carefully crafted curriculum, expert coaching, and a commitment to individual growth, the Academy seeks to prioritize the education and sport development of our students.
Students will undergo both sets of training without a compromise on either. Admission into our academy is dependent on meeting national educational standards as well as meeting our athletic expectations.

Building Relationships
Build sustainable, long-term relationships between our agency and all relevant stakeholders.

Extensive Scouting
With our network of scouts and connections within lower tier clubs and high schools across the country, we will extensively profile players by recording their performances extensively over a period to inform our selection.

Trial and Selection
Informed by data picked up during scouting, we will organise a trial tournament for recommended players to select the best performing player(s).

Development
Our main goal is to nurture our student athletes to be globally competent in their various sports and the boardrooms.

Exhibition
Leverage on our diverse relationships, we seek opportunities in renowned educational and sports institutions around the world to place our student athletes to continue their various journeys towards their full potentials.
